Mentoring camp! =)
Ok, basically it had been weeks after since I write this…so I will just try my best to write down what I remember…

On the first day, I thought I was like late for the camp but in the end, I was there quite ‘early’. Why? Because a lot of them came after me so I was not really late…Haha. Anyway, I was feeling a bit down then…Why? Because of the result of the exam…seriously, they really choose the RIGHT time to tell me my result…first day of camp…diao…

It was not that bad. My results except for that Play and Motor…D+…I got D+…Can you believe it???Which means I did worst for the second assignment!!!?? ... I guess I better stop. If not, I think I can go as long as one page just grumbling…Haha.

We started off with some games. As for the sequence…I don’t quite really remember…so I just write what I remember…First, I remember the water game. Why? Because they actually ‘open’ my T-shirt and poured the water down (don’t ever let me know who did that…) they even shot the water in my butt!!!Haha. But it was like really cold when we returned to the room…Air con some more…

Anyway, the game was something like first we all got hold of the strings that were being tied together. Then, we were supposed to attach the S hook that was being attached to the string to carry the plastic bucket to another place. In the end, we sort of cheated. Haha. Since the S hook cannot go in…so we ended up using the string to pass through the bucket…

After that, we got to the second part of the game. Everybody was blindfolded except for one person. He was supposed to guide the whole group to attach the S hook to the plastic bucket. Seriously, we like took SUPER long time to do it…since the S hook was like not helping us at all…In the end, we managed to do it. Leo was like SOAK. Haha. =) Going to the air con room, wet…was really terrible. SO cold!!!!

Second, we were supposed to dance the style of dance given to us. My group got the modern dance and seriously, it was like SUPER, EXTREMELY EMO…plus I don’t really understand the art of it AT ALL. Haha. =) Anyway, we were like laughing like mad when Pak wing started to try out. You should have seen him…Haha. =)

Then we decided to change to another dance; Chinese dance. It was not at bad. Guess what we did? We got the toilet paper and started to ‘fan’ it like the Chinese dance. Seriously, you should have seen us…we WILL definitely get the most comedy award. Haha. =) Somemore, there were actually people (a lot) passing us…I can really know what they thinking, “What are they doing?!” Haha. =) When we all perform, hui wen was like laughing like mad throughout the show…Haha.=)

The last activity I remember was about having to plan for the questions to ask at night for the crime game. Seriously, it was like Conan. Haha. =) Anyway, I think that’s all for the afternoon.

P.s.: The food quite nice though for the first day.

At the first night, we had the night game of the crime scene. It was quite fun. We really like detectives like that. Huh…a pity no detective costumes to wear…Haha. Just joking. =) In the end, we even managed to get part of the answer correct! YEA! =)

Oh…I almost forget! We have the treasure hunt before that. It was SUPER tiring. The ones who plan the game were all evil. Make us walked from one end of the poly to another end. The clues were also not that easy. Especially the first one we got. We had to find five toilets in a row…we even went to ask the cleaners for help. If not…

As for the hiding of the clues, the worst one was at the longest staircase there. I walked up and down twice, step by step but cannot find the clue at all!!In the end, it was like at the bottom of the stairs!!! I was really wondering…I think they hated the colour blue…Why? The green clues for the other group were like so easy to find. Ours? SO HARD TO FIND!!! No doubt, only the group finding the green clues manages to find all the clues…Diao…

P.s.: The food was like becoming spicy…worst thing, I don’t take spicy food…
Ok, we were finally on the second day. We had a short meeting for the cultural night that day. As for what we did…I tell you later…in details. Haha. I think I am going to get bashed up by a lot of people…=)

In the afternoon, we had our amazing race at orchard and it was there I swear to myself I am not going to orchard for a week now…Why? Imagine. A group of students wearing T-shirts, shorts and slippers to Orchard…It was like really bad…

So what did we do there? Basically, there was a list of task that we were supposed to complete. Basically, I can’t remember everything on the list…so I am going to just list down some of the things that we need to do, ok? Erm…let’s see, I remember that was a task about we needed to do three good deeds. One, we donated some money to the performers at the walkway. Two, we helped to pick up the litter on the floor. Guess what we did for the third deed? Tony actually went up a uncle and told him smoking was bad for his health. On top of that, he even explained to him the campaign of quitting smoking that is going on…I think the uncle is really going to quit smoking! =)

One, we have to do a YMCA dance…well, we cheated a little by choosing a quiet place to do that. Haha. =) Two, we chose to take out the beads from the flour. Seriously, I ended up eating some of the flour…it was like so yucky…but the guys had it bad since they did most of it and ended up having flour all over their face. From now on, I can’t really remember what we did…so not in sequence… we did this…

Three, we had to praise people who were in the service line. It was quite difficult. I managed to go into a computer shop and told the uncle “Thank for your service. Although I had not been in this line before, I know it’s hard to service others. Hence, really a big thanks for doing that.”=)

Four, we had to find a Caucasian and teach him to read the paper given to us in Chinese. We managed to complete all that and we REALLY have good fate with that man. Haha. Why? We saw him like THREE TIMES in different place that day.

I remember that the last task was supposedly to have an Asian guy (for girl) and Asian girl (for boy) to kiss them on the cheek…we managed to change it in such a way that they only need to kiss our hands and we kiss their hands for like six persons in total. Phew. ..

Think that the end? No, we then had to go Ngee Ann city and find the person in charge like in the HUGE SHOPPING MALL WITH SO MANY PEOPLE!!! Seriously, there were like over thousands of people there!!! Luckily, we managed to find out that they seemed to be in a quiet place so we thought they were at Kino…We SEARCH the whole place and found…NOTHING. Diao…Then we asked the security and found out that there was actually a LIBRARY in Ngee Ann city!

True enough, they were inside. I really thought that everything was ending but…not really. One last task. We had to go around and act out the question given to us and the person would have to reply it. Ok, I don’t think I am making sense…Haha. I give you all an example, huh…for example, I got a piece of paper. On the paper, it said that “Do you think I am hairy?” (Anyway, pakwing got it…Haha.) Then you have to act out accordingly and show your question to someone in the street. The person will then have to answer that question by writing down the answer behind. Really, you should had seen their questions… “I am feeling horny. Do you think so too?”, “Do you think I am cute?” (cute = ugly but adorable…Haha)

Diao…I really taking super long to blog…weeks and I still struck here…Guess I msn too much…then cannot concentrate…LoL. (In case you are wondering, I always type my blog in Microsoft word first…then transfer so…)

Ok, back to topic. Where am I? Ya, finally, we ended our amazing race! Yea! We then board the bus back and have our dinner before we went to do some last minute rehearsal for the cultural night. It was so funny. Why? Well, one, because Pak wing had to act snow white. Two, he had a scene whereby he was nearly kiss by another guy. LOL. You should serious see the expression of the audience. They were like oh…but anyway, it was supposed to end up as something else so…too bad, I guess. LOL. Anyway, I am too lazy to go into details about that…but it was a funny story with a combination of fairy tales. As for the other group, their skit was quite nice too.

FINALLY, I AM GETTING TO THE LAST DAY!!!Anyway, we just had our normal cleaning up and prize presentation. We also took some photos and A LOT of sweets back home.

I guess that’s all for the camp! =)

P.s.: I had learned from the last camp I did…DRINK MORE WATER so I did not get a bad sore throat in the end. Haha. Plus I don’t know where to get all the photos…Diao…
